    Hopefully the room was exceptionally good with balcony as well as a good view. The breakfast was excellent with Gluten free option available, different food.

    Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly friendly.

    Nice hotel with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area. The staff were really nice during my first stay, providing taxi tips. I highly recommend visiting for a lovely holiday.

    I had pleasant stay, the place is recently refurbished!

    Everything was perfect, attentive staff, exceptional views over the cathedral and balcony. The breakfast had lots of delightful options, and was enjoyable. Loved my standard king room. The location was magnificent and brilliant, at a moderate distance from The Chapel. The hotel was a good choice for enjoying a shopping area.

    The reception staff were efficient and friendly and the room were very comfortable and well appointed. The location is second to none in Lincoln with superb views to the Cathedral immediately opposite.

    The service at breakfast was not good; I had my cooked breakfast placed in front of me with no comment while I was still half way through my cereal!
